2026-10-30 — Moved onto the shared template; checker and converter added

The site now renders through the same template as the other tools: tools hub, embeddable widget, generated privacy and terms pages.
Fix: a document with no <?xml ... ?> declaration was formatted with its root's children at the same indent as the root. The formatter treated the first tag differently from every other tag. Input with a declaration produces byte-identical output before and after; input without one is now indented.
New: a well-formedness checker reporting the first error with line and column.
New: an XML to JSON converter.
